My name is Querida Duncalfe. I taught high school English for ten years and am now a writer and community activist. I write about race, faith, identity, and their intersections.
My husband and I have two beautiful sons. And even though neither of us is originally from East Texas, we met here twenty years ago and stuck around to raise our family. I am passionate about my family, my faith, my blackness, and my vocation. I hope you’ll find space here to read and breathe and think.
Welcome.
Querida,
I am looking for your email so I can send you a bulletin of 2 upcoming events re: lynching & racial violence documentary and workshop at Trinity Church. Can you share it?
